NATALIA LEVEY

Natalia is the founder of the Hi Hospitality group, whose restaurant holdings include Speaks Clam Bar, Kojo, Bar Hana, Palm Avenue Deli, and Central Park St Pete, located in Florida’s Gulf Coast.
She is an alumnus of the James Beard Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership program, a TBBW award recipient for Hospitality in 2025. She holds a position on the advisory board for the School of Hospitality and Sport Management at USF. Business Observer named her Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021.
Natalia is a Certified Nutritional Consultant. Her book “Cravings Boss” and her TEDx talk “The Surprising Connection between Gut and Happiness” have reached thousands.
Current projects include 3D printing for the hospitality industry and 3D food printing research with USF, plus the development of a patent-pending* beverage cup dispenser for QSR.
